We work with our customers / partners on a monthly basis to assess pending resource demands in order to craft a plan that provide the needed capacity and skills in a timely and efficient manner. Off course, we also do our best to respond to those unexpected and immediate needs also!

By aggregating demand across multiple partners, we are able to provide a virtual bench of resources to all of our customers. This allows our customers / partners to carry less direct staff but still be sure that burst capacity / skill will be there when they need it.
